This website has no user accounts, no contact form and no comment function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build user profiles.

Your browser stores one entry in local storage to remember which region you last selected. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can delete it by clearing your browser data.

Our hosting provider records technical access data such as IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept for a short retention period and then deleted or anonymised.

If you write to us, we process your email address, your message and any details you include, in order to answer you and to handle any resulting business relationship (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep this correspondence as long as needed for the matter and for any statutory retention period, then delete it.

We pass personal data to service providers only where needed to run this site and our email, and only under contract. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@lisario-systems.ch. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
